If we finish earlier, you are welcome to check in earlier to the apartment. You can leave your luggage in our house at any time. Pre-Payment In the case of a fixed booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the booking price. You will find the exact information's on the booking confirmation that we will send you by email.
Bread service Order until 6 p.m. the day before and the filled basket will be in front of your apartment the next morning about 7.15 a.m. Daily bread service (for a fee) ALSO on Sundays and public holidays.
Final cleaning Apartment Apartment with 2 bedrooms 4-6 people € 60,00 to € 90,00 per apartment Apartment with 3 bedrooms 4-8 people € 70,00 to € 100,00 per apartment Dog final cleaning € 30,00 per dog and apartment
Included services Operating costs, bed linen, towels, dishwasher tabs, salt, pepper, filter for coffee machine and WiFi. We calculate all prices depending on the season, length of stay and number of people.
Invoice and payment options We ask for a final invoice the day before departure between 6 and 6.30 p.m. We accept cash, debit cards, Visa or Master Card.
Local tax from the age of 15 years € 1.80 per day and person
Cancellations and travel insurance A booking is a sales contract. In case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, cancellation fees apply. Something can happen to everyone (illness, accident, ....), in this case we recommend that you make a travel cancellation insurance in this case.You will find all the necessary details in the booking confirmation.

Baby equipment We are happy to provide high chairs and cots for our youngest guests. Please let us know what you need before you arrive.
Pets are very welcome if you register in advance. A final cleaning of € 30,00 for your four-legged friend will be charged.
Snow chains We are at 1400m above sea level. From 1st of November, winter tires are legaly obliged by law throughout Austria. In the mountains, additional snow chains may be required at any time. Of course, depending on the weather situation. We recommend that you always have some with you to be on the safe side. Shortly before you start your journey, you should find out about the exact weather conditions.
