Prices
Our prices are in euros per day and apartment, depending on the number of guests, excluding local tax and final cleaning.
Final cleaning: € 80.00 to € 100.00
Local tax: € 2.60 per person aged 15 and over

Dogs
Four-legged family members are welcome. We charge a fee of € 30.00 per dog per stay. Please note it is not allowed to leave dogs alone in the apartment and please let us know if you bring your dog with you.

Payment
Please settle your bill the evening before departure. You can pay with cash, debit card, Visa, or Mastercard.

Deposit:

• A depositof 40% of the accommodation price is due upon booking. Details can be found inyour booking confirmation.

Cancellation rules

• No cancellation fees apply up to 2 months before arrival
• From 2 to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged
• In the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price
• For late arrivals or early departures, 100% will be charged

A booking constitutes a purchase agreement. Cancellation fees apply in case of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure. We recommend travel cancellation insurance. You will find the details in your booking confirmation.

Included Services
All operating costs, as well as bed linens, towels, dish towels, dishwashertablets, salt, pepper, and coffee filters. Soap and shower gel dispensers are provided in the bathroom, and you will have a parking space for 2 cars per apartment in our garage. High-speed internet is available throughout the building.

Arrival and Departure
Our apartments are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
On the dayof departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 AM.

Late arrival after 8:00 PM:
Please inform me if you will be arriving after 8:00 PM.
